The BMW 401 Stäffele Team Relay is not for beginners. The course winds through the steep vineyards of the Rosswager Halde, starting at the old wine press in Rosswag. The biggest challenge for participants is the 401 vineyard stages that they must run up. The teams need to complete the approximately 2,300-meter course in 101 minutes, with the team that completes the most laps in that time winning. Only one runner from each team runs at a time while the others rest.
